Certificate of completion issued by Sacramento Driving School, if lost or misplaced are subject to a $25.00 replacement fee, no exception. (Please allow 7 to 10 working business days.)
If a student is unable to keep a scheduled driving appointment, it’s the student/parent responsibility to cancel within 24 hours. If a student fail to cancel within the time required, or is not available when the instructor arrives the student will be charged a $25.00 No-Show/Short Cancellation fee which must be paid prior to any future driving appointments.
Students are expected to act in a mature and appropriate manner during any course/behind-the-wheel training instruction. Failure to do so may result in discipline, including dismissal from the course with NO REFUND. We have sole discretion to determine what is appropriate behavior.
NO SMOKING or DRINKING ALCOHOL allowed during any given class or behind-the-wheel training session.
