Traffic School

Our DMV licensed Traffic Violator School provides traffic safety courses and is offered to anyone who has violated a traffic law, received a citation and has been cleared by their county or city court to attend.  We offer the course in a variety of modes, including classroom instruction and online course.  Traffic offender may participate once in any 18 months period to have a citation masked from their driving records.  Completion of the course is reported electronically to the court by our school.  Paper completion certificates are no longer used for reporting purposes; however, the student will receive a completion receipt from our school.

NOTE:            When a commercial driver is cited in a noncommercial vehicle, the driver may be eligible to attend traffic school.  Please refer to DMV’s website for further information at www.dmv.ca.gov.

ONLINE TRAFFIC VIOLATOR COURSE

Our online traffic violator course is designed to help your understanding of the responsibilities, rules and laws set forth by the California Department of Motor Vehicles and the Vehicle Code.  Our online course provides a minimum of 340 minutes of instructions consisting of 11 modules, informational videos, quizzes and a 60 minute final exam.  To successfully complete the course, you’re required to earn a passing score of 70% or higher on the quizzes and exam.  If you fail, you have a second chance to take the exam.  Completion of the course is reported electronically to the court by our school.
